 Equity Coaching and Consulting

We work with teams to identify and create equitable policies, systems, practices, and behaviors throughout organizations. We work one-on-one with leaders and/or small groups to ensure that equity is embedded in all aspects of projects and/or systems. We coach leaders on developing skills to recognize and work through issues of inequity in current, ongoing, and future projects. We work with all educational stakeholders, including, but not limited to, administrators, educators, students, parents, and community members.

Services include, but are not limited to:

• Project development and implementation;
• Specific-issue and problem solving;
• Leadership program for Black women in P-12 spaces - The Khepera Leadership Institute - is a 9 month sistership designed to address the unique interests and challenges faced by Black women educational leaders. This program aims to inspire wellness, enhance leadership capacity, and increase community among justice-oriented change-makers. Participants will embark on a transformative journey, focusing on professional development, problem-solving, wellness, and relationship building. We center the experiences, ways of knowing, and heritage practices of Black women focusing on mind, body, and spirit well-being. It's a professional learning community for Black women leaders. Our unique institute features include:
  • Peer advisory problem-solving workshops (twice per month)
  • Experiential learning opportunities, and
  • Four 1:1 sessions with a Liberated Genius team member.;
• Professional development, workshops, institutes, conferences.
